Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from ASTEC Publishing, for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to individual packs, the full bundle and membership payments.

Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which handles refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also reach us through our contact page and we will help.

You can cancel a membership at any time to stop future renewals. A renewal payment can be refunded if requested within 14 days of that payment.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. See also Paddle’s refund policy and our terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
