This website (pdfworkflowtool.com, including PDFTools and the template shop) is operated by ASTEC Publishing (“we”, “us”). When you use the site or buy a product, you are contracting with ASTEC Publishing.

By accessing or continuing to use the site, or by placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be of legal age to make a purchase, and if you buy on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

We provide free browser-based PDF tools and paid downloadable document templates (Word and fillable PDF) sold as individual packs, a full bundle, or a membership. Templates are general-purpose starting points and are not legal, tax or financial advice; you are responsible for checking they suit your circumstances.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. See also our refund policy.

When you buy templates we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit them for your own personal or business documents. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the template files, in original or modified form, as templates.

You must not misuse the site. In particular you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful material;
• commit fraud, send spam, or make chargebacks in bad faith;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, including ours;
• interfere with security — for example uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing download or technical limits.

ASTEC Publishing retains all ownership of the site, its software, tools, templates, documentation and branding. You keep all rights to your own documents; files processed by the free tools stay in your browser and are never received by us.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and conversions are best-effort and may change formatting. Always keep a copy of your original files. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

We may suspend or end your access, including download links or membership, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

The free tools are supported by third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, and links to third-party sites are not endorsements.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Visit our contact page.
