PDFTools provides free, browser-based document utilities. No account is required. We may add, change or withdraw tools at any time, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You may use PDFTools for personal and commercial documents that you own or are authorised to process. You may not use the site to process unlawful material, to infringe copyright, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to redistribute the tools as your own service.

You keep all rights to your documents. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive, store or claim any licence over your files.

Conversions are best-effort. Some operations — compression, and conversion to Word, Excel, PowerPoint or text — can change formatting or lose elements of the original. Always keep a copy of your source file. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFTools is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the service.

The site is supported by third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads, and links to third-party sites are not endorsements.

Continued use of the site after these terms change constitutes acceptance of them.
